Structor runs its own products and client projects. As a founding-team developer you take features from idea to production — and your work shows up in real revenue quickly.
This is a small, senior-feeling role: you own small projects from database design to deploy, and you communicate async — GitHub, Linear, Slack — on a rhythm that suits your schedule.
What you’ll do
- ✓Build and refine features across the product (Python / Django backend, JS frontend)
- ✓Own small projects from database design to deploy
- ✓Keep the platform fast, secure and reliable
- ✓Communicate async — GitHub, Linear, Slack — and ship on a rhythm
What we need
- •Python / Django experience
- •SQL and data modeling
- •Comfortable typing JavaScript
- •Shipping habit — done, not perfect
- •Care about performance and security
- •Earlier product experience is a plus
